Born and raised in Southern California, Heather has always found joy in helping people. With a background in education, event planning, coaching and athletics, she has been able to utilize her natural talents to teach, create, mentor, and compete within all aspects of her life. When she is not working, Heather enjoys relaxing at home or enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Nick was born in Baltimore, Maryland, who relocated to San Diego in 2002 to pursue his college education at Cal State San Marcos, where he earned a degree in Communications. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality, software, and real estate industries, Nick has cultivated a diverse and successful career. His strong connections within the San Diego community have been instrumental in his professional journey.

Raised by a single mother in the real estate industry, Nick's early exposure led him to obtain his real estate license in 2005. Since then, he has gone on to own more than a dozen properties, shaping his unique perspective and expertise in the field.

Nick is known for his extraordinary work ethic and unwavering commitment to meeting the needs of his clients, which makes him a perfect fit for The Harth Team. In his free time, Nick loves to surf, enjoy live music, explore new places, and create lasting memories with his wife and two kids at their home in Encinitas.

Michelle Jacob is an Encinitas local who graduated from San Diego State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Media Studies. She also graduated with an extended study in Rhetoric and Writing. Michelle was a student-athlete at SDSU who competed on the Women's Rowing team. Prior to attending SDSU, Michelle achieved a degree in Arts and Humanities at Palomar Community College.

Michelle grew up in Leucadia and worked with the Encinitas Lifeguards for five years. She ran the Jr. Lifeguard program as well as the social media for the Encinitas Lifesaving Association. She is a Encinitas local who cares deeply about her community. As The Harth Team's Director of Operations, she enhances our current marketing platforms and showcases our listings over a variety of channels including digital, print, photo, video, and virtual. Michelle streamlines the team's daily function, including agent transactions and daily administrative tasks. In addition to maintaining the team's function, she coordinates company events and contests as well. As a licensed realtor Michelle strives to provide the utmost respect and quality to each client. 

Ashley Mattingley was born and raised in Southern California and since graduating from the University of San Diego, she has made San Diego her home for almost 10 years. After graduating from USD with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, she completed a certified program in Graphic Design through the University of California, San Diego. Ashley has worked in different marketing and graphic design roles in various industries ranging from technology, hospitality, interior design/furniture, and real estate. With a combination of strategy and creativity, she’s passionate about using marketing to tell a story with impactful design, ultimately aiming to grow brands and businesses.

Ashley grew up at the beach and can’t imagine living far from the coast. With an appreciation for the ocean and an easy-going attitude, she feels at home in North County San Diego. Ashley loves long beach days with family and friends, camping and adventuring, and sunset strolls with her husband Richard, daughter Jolie, and dog June. As a member of The Harth Team, Ashley helps create and execute marketing materials and brand strategies, supporting each team member and their clients.
